Pay for Lessons

Payments & Billing Information

Payment Options

We offer several flexible payment options to support different learning schedules:

  • Pay-per-lesson – advance payment for individual or trial lessons

  • Lesson packages (4–12 lessons) – prepaid blocks that provide a stable schedule and may include discounted rates or priority booking

  • Monthly subscription – a fixed monthly fee covering all scheduled lessons, ensuring regular progress and reserved lesson times

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal, Stripe, and other approved payment services.

Lessons may be paused or rescheduled in case of late payment.

Monthly Billing & Invoicing

Tuition fees are billed monthly, based on the agreed number of lessons per month.

For example, if a student attends one lesson per week, the invoice will include four lessons per month.

Invoices are issued at the beginning of the current month or at the end of the previous month. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

Lesson Schedule & Holidays

If lessons are paid for a full month and school holidays occur during that month, one missed lesson will be carried over to the following month.

We aim to ensure that every paid lesson is delivered fairly and without loss to the student.

Travel Costs for In-Person Lessons

For in-person (offline) lessons, an additional travel fee may apply.

  • Within London, the travel cost is typically £4–£5 per trip

  • For example, 4 in-person lessons per month may include an additional £16–£20 travel fee

The exact travel cost is confirmed in advance and included in the monthly invoice.

Important Notes

  • All lesson schedules and payment terms are agreed in advance

  • Any changes to the schedule are discussed individually

  • Our goal is to keep the payment process clear, predictable, and fair for families and students
